Donald Trump confidant Roger Stone returned to conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ radio program yesterday, this time floating the possibility of executing Bill Clinton for treason.
Jones started the conversation on the Clintons by calling Hillary Clinton “a whore, politically,” alleging that she tried to raise campaign money from foreign leaders. (Incidentally, the only candidate doing that is Trump.)
Stone, for his part, brought up the unsubstantiated claim that Bill Clinton traded “missile technology secrets to the Chinese in return for Chinese funny money, Chinese campaign contributions that were laundered.”
“That’s treason,” he said. “The statutes for treason have no statute of limitations and the penalty for conviction for treason is execution or incarceration, so it’s all back on the table.”
In the past, Stone has said that Hillary Clinton should be “executed for murder” and that Bernie Sanders “should be arrested for treason and shot.”
