Fighting for Fair Courts

Ensuring our courts work for all of us, not just the wealthy and powerful

Fair-minded judges defend democracy and uphold rights and freedoms for all of us. They support equality and justice, not big money or special interests.

Fair courts protect democracy and are essential to every issue we care about

From the right to vote, the right to clean air and water, the right to control our bodies, consumers’ rights, workers’ rights, LGBTQ+ rights, and so much more, our federal courts touch our lives every day. Courts are also our last source of accountability for the reckless disregard of the law in the MAGA movement. People For has been advocating for fair courts and judges for decades, and we will continue to champion judges who are deeply committed to our civil and human rights.

Today’s MAGA extremists are part of a long far-right campaign to capture our courts

Donald Trump and Mitch McConnell stacked courts with judges and justices who overturned Roe v. Wade, damaged affirmative action, and more. Now, the risk that courts packed by MAGA will permit Trump and others to get away with crimes against our democracy is greater than ever. We can’t let that happen.
