Congressman Steve King continues his tour of defiance, refusing to apologize or backtrack in any way for the comments he made earlier this week when he claimed that the vast majority of undocumented immigrants are "130-pound" drug runners with "calves the size of cantaloupes."
As part of this ongoing effort, King showed up on Bryan Fischer's radio program today where he vowed that he will never apologize "for telling the American people the truth."
King defended himself by saying he had made this same point several times in the past, but is only being attacked for it now by people who "have an amnesty agenda that they want to drive through the House of Representatives," adding that any civilization in which government leaders would attack and marginalize someone like him for speaking the truth "will not be able to sustain itself in the long run":
