Former American Family Association talk show host Buster Wilson implied on Twitter today that the massive Target data breach was divine punishment for an ad…made by one of its competitors.
The “unseemly” commercial Wilson seems to be referencing is Kmart’s Joe Boxer ad, which upset the AFA so much that its OneMillionMoms affiliate organized a campaign against it.
We’re not exactly sure why Wilson thinks God would punish millions of Target customers over a Kmart ad, but such rants are what we’ve come to expect from the ex-AFA pundit.
