It is becoming increasingly obvious that the term "progressive" has become little more than a catch-all category into which Glenn Beck dumps everyone who does not meet whatever amorphous standards that he and the Ted Cruz/Tea Party/NRA/9-12 Patriots have declared sacrosanct on any particular day.
Last week it was Mitt Romney and today it is George W. Bush, as Beck explained on his radio broadcast that every progressive president ends up getting the United States involved in a war.
Woodrow Wilson was a progressive who got us into World War I.
