Far-right conspiracy theorist Alex Jones’ latest viral video called on President Donald Trump to hold “immediate victory celebration” at the White House in order to stop Democrats from “stealing the election.”

The video, posted on Nov. 4(link is external), comes after Trump declared a premature victory(link is external) at a White House press conference Wednesday. The president also pushed the false narrative of mass voter fraud on Twitter, claimin(link is external)g that Democrats are trying to “steal the election.”

Twitter has since flagged several of Trump’s tweets citing potential misinformation.

In the wake of Trump’s false declaration of victory, several right-wing political activists and groups have pushed a “Stop the Steal” campaign(link is external) in an attempt to disrupt mail-in voting and delegitimize the vote-counting system. This includes a Facebook group(link is external) started by Women for America First that has garnered more than 340,000 members in a single day.

Jones, whose latest video also found its way onto Facebook(link is external) despite being banned from the platform, claimed that the “most important election in world history is being stolen in front of all of our faces” before adding that “there is still time to stop the steal.”

“Trump leads the American people tonight in a national declaration of victory and celebration in the streets before the leftists do it,” Jones explained. “We only have a few hours. We need Trump caravans to go to capitals and city councils and university landmarks and honk their horns into the night, which will force media attention on that fact that we know there is a fraud, we know Trump’s the winner, and we’re not accepting Biden and the mainstream media telling us he won when there is all this evidence of fraud.”

“Trump must declare a celebration at the White House and must bring people in on the White House lawn tonight,” Jones added.

While celebrations have not taken place yet, angry Trump supporters converged on voting centers in several cities Wednesday, chanting “Stop the count.” Hundreds of Trump supporters gathered outside a voting center in Maricopa County, Arizona, prompting officers to don tactical gear to block the entrance. Rep. Paul Gosar, an Arizona Republican, joined the crowd(link is external) and shouted into a megaphone: “We’re not going to let this election be stolen. Period.”

While no arrests were made(link is external), AZ Family journalist Kim Powell reported that her life had been threatened by a man who said he would find out where she lives.

Jones has long been banned from all major platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Spotify, for peddling dangerous and unfounded conspiracy theories. He claimed that the Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting in 2012 and the Stoneman Douglas High School shooting in 2018 were "false flag" operations(link is external), which led to parents of victims and survivors being harassed and threatened. He has also devoted airtime to conspiracies about white genocide, 9/11, climate change, and vaccinations.

Despite being blacklisted from major platforms, Jones still enjoys enormous popularity. He most recently appeared on "The Joe Rogan Experience" podcast(link is external) (his third overall appearance on the show), which was featured on Spotify and YouTube. The YouTube video has been viewed more than 12 million times, making it one of the most popular episodes(link is external) of Rogan’s show to date.

Given his continued popularity, Jones remains one of the loudest voices currently calling on “patriots” to take action against the mainstream media and the ongoing election. The far-right provocateur’s far-fetched theories have led to victims being threatened in the past(link is external), which is why his ramblings should not be ignored now.

“Take over public press conferences,” Jones said in his most recent video. “Take over the mainstream media and expose their treason and hatred and lies against the American people. Take action now Paul Reveres or be slaves forever.”
