Of course, the last time that was the case, the result was Watergate, which is why Congress stepped in to "insulate the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation from undue pressure being exerted upon him from superiors in the Executive Branch."
- Ali Alexander brags that "Stop the Steal and January 6th created a vacuum so Trump could run on retribution instead of as a 'loser who lost the previous election'": "We fundamentally created the ONLY path by which Donald J. Trump could ever win (AGAIN)!"
- Joe Kovaks says the fact that former critics are now seeking to make nice with Trump is "a real-life parable projecting what's going to happen when Jesus returns to Earth."
- Seth Gruber declares that "anybody who talks about transgender adolescents or transgender minors or trans kids is either a pedophile or a groomer."
- Finally, after the most recent school shooting, Lance Wallnau reacted by insisting that gun control is not the answer, arguing that if someone carried out a terrorist attack via a suicide vest, "you don't ban suicide vests, what you do is you ban the ideology that produces radicals." We're pretty sure that if suicide vests were readily available for sale and being regularly being used to kill masses of people, the government would ban them.
