“As senators return to DC, we want to be crystal clear: we’re counting on them to prioritize the confirmation of President Biden’s outstanding judicial nominees. We know the Senate faces a lot of urgent priorities. We also know there are challenges presented by far-right senators’ pledge to obstruct Senate business. But we have confidence that under Majority Leader Schumer, all those challenges can be overcome. The bottom line is that we need fair-minded federal judges who are committed to upholding our rights and the law. Confirming these judges is fundamental for the functioning of our democracy.”
