“We are very pleased by the bipartisan confirmation vote for Roopali Desai in the Ninth Circuit. Her work as a lawyer on behalf of election integrity in Arizona is especially relevant and critical now, when our country faces a crisis instigated by election deniers and Donald Trump’s Big Lie. We need principled, ethical judges on the federal bench who will uphold voting rights and all the rights and freedoms we hold dear. Roopali Desai will bring that kind of integrity and commitment to the Ninth Circuit, which is fortunate to have her.”
