'They Are Monsters': Mario Murillo Says Christians Must Have 'The Stomach For War' To Defeat Trump's Enemies

Mario Murillo during an episode of "Fire Power"

From the moment Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, far-right evangelist Mario Murillo steadfastly refused to accept the results, even going so far as to declare that refusing to accept Biden's presidency was a test of loyalty to God.

Throughout the Biden administration, Murillo became increasingly radical, proclaiming that "the Democratic Party is of Satan" and that President Biden and Vice President Harris were under demonic control. Leading up to the 2024 election, Murillo partnered with fellow dominionist Lance Wallnau and the America First Policy Institute to drive up turnout for Trump among conservative voters.

During the latest episode of his "Fire Power" program, Murillo continued to spout extremist rhetoric, declaring that with Trump set to return to the White House, Christians must recognize that their political enemies are "monsters" and thus prepare themselves to have "the stomach for war" necessary to destroy them.

"Remember what your enemy has done to you," Murillo proclaimed. "Remember what he's done to your children. Remember what he's done to your freedom. Why is that important? Because we are not finished, folks. This is not the final victory for the American way of life; this is just the beginning."

"Donald Trump entering the White House is step one in a long, protracted cultural war," he continued. "And the body of Christ has got to have the stomach for war and the fire in its belly to finish it. And the only way they're going to keep that fire going is by understanding what monsters these people really are."

"They are monsters," he reiterated.

"You're spot on," agreed co-host Todd Coconato. "They're demonized. Let's just be real. They're demonized. How much [more] blunt can we be?"
