'Prophet' Hank Kunneman Claims God Assured Him Trump Will Win

From the moment Donald Trump became president in 2016, right-wing pastor and self-proclaimed "prophet" Hank Kunneman continuously used his sermons and media appearances to declare that Trump had been chosen by God and would be reelected in 2020.

Kunneman not only repeatedly guaranteed that Trump would be reelected, but also prophesied that Vice President Mike Pence would be elected president in 2024. The former didn't happen and the latter is obviously not going to happen, but Kunneman has petulantly refused to apologize for his false prophecies or even admit that Biden is president, instead promising that God will reward those who stand with him while attacking those who have dared to criticize him.

Predictably, Kunneman has spent the last four years relentlessly pushing the Big Lie that the 2020 election was stolen but he is now confident that Trump will win the upcoming election, declaring during last night's "FlashPoint" program that God had appeared to him during a recent Sunday service to assure him that Trump's victory is assured.

"I think we're going to beat the cheat," Kunneman  "I had an experience that happened to me—I don't often talk about him, Pastor Gene, but it happened in my second service, you can go out and look at it, those of you that are watching—where God came in to our church. And this is what I know: There was a moment where I was caught up with the Lord, I felt alone and I felt like I represented you that are watching where you're like, 'God, what is gonna happen? We're all alone. We've been fighting. We've been standing. We've been voting.'"

"I looked up and I saw the Lord," Kunneman continued. "Whether you believe it or not doesn't matter. I know what I know. And he put his hand on me, representing you and all of us who are standing, and it's almost like he hushed me, he stilled me, and I felt all alone, I didn't know what to do and he held me back. And he went and he said, 'Now, I've taken you and this nation this far. Now it's my turn.'  And I saw him walk before us and I'm excited because I really believe that we're going to see victory."

For what it is worth, Kunneman's second service from last Sunday is available for viewing and at no time during it did he report any of this happening.
