Stephen Broden, a radical right-wing pastor and anti-LGBTQ activist, is warning that gay Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg is "the expression of a nation that has turned its back away from God."
Broden, who was involved in disrupting a Buttigieg rally in Texas earlier this month, sat down with fellow anti-Buttigieg activist Randall Terry to warn that Buttigieg is "a manifestation of the evil" and the "deception that God warns us about that will come at the Last Days."
"My kids are being threatened with homosexuality, gender fluidity, transgenderism and abortion on demand," Broden said. "Here again is a culmination of just how far we have fallen away from God. We're at the apex. We're in the throes of a transition as a nation and the definition of that transition, what it will look like, is in Pete Buttigieg."
"He is the expression of a nation that has turned its back away from God and a manifestation of the evil that they are attempting to normalize in our culture," he added. "He looks good. He sounds good. He claims to be one of us, and he's not; he is a false prophet, he is a liar, he is that deception that God warns us about that will come at the Last Days."
"That's Pete," Broden continued. "And I see him as an authentic threat that needs to be stopped or exposed."
