In an interview today on “The Steve Malzberg Show,” Donald Trump confidant Roger Stone said that the president-elect may change course and try to prosecute Hillary Clinton now that her campaign has agreed to send lawyers to a recount in three states that was requested by Green Party nominee Jill Stein.
Stone alleged, without any evidence, that Clinton and George Soros are secretly behind Stein’s pursuit of a recount, “and now Hillary, I think, increases her chances of prosecution by acting this way.”
Of course, the president cannot order someone’s prosecution, despite what Trump and his allies seem to believe.
