Right-Wing Pastor Who Laid Hands On President Trump Believes In Chemtrails And Weather Manipulation

It's not particularly comforting to realize that a pastor who has direct access to the president of the United States is also a right-wing conspiracy theorist, but that seems to be the case when it comes to Rodney Howard-Browne.

Howard-Browne, who laid hands upon and prayed over President Trump in the Oval Office earlier this year, regularly spreads crazy conspiracy theories, so it was not a huge surprise to see him appear yesterday on the podcast produced by right-wing commentator and fellow conspiracy theorist Sheila Zilinsky, who believes that the Las Vegas massacre was a pagan Illuminati "blood sacrifice ritual," that every NFL stadium is "a FEMA camp in hiding" and that California Gov. Jerry Brown "should be hanging from a rope."

During his interview with Zilinsky, Howard-Browne asserted that climate change is not real because the Bible says the seasons will never end and claimed that unnamed powers have been manipulating weather using chemtrails and other tactics in order to create drought and destroy our food reserves.

"The Bible says in the book of Genesis that, 'As long as the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest, day and night, summer and winter will not cease,'" he said. "So that's it. There is climate change—summer and winter will not cease, the book of Genesis, as long as the earth remaineth. So I don't care what they say, I already got from the number-one scientist, Almighty God, and He said that summer and winter will not cease."

"Then, of course, we have to get into the whole thing of weather modification, what they've been doing with the chemtrails, what they've been doing with creating drought, manipulating weather," Howard-Browne continued. "This is not some conspiracy theory, this is fact. They stared doing this during the Second World War and they've been manipulating weather for the last 50 years. That's what they did with California, destroyed basically the food basket ... It was all about creating food shortages. We used to be in a place where the world's food supply was six months in backup; it's down to days, one crisis and people are starving. I mean, you can go within 11 days from today into people eating each other."
