Richard Land Calls For 'A Two Year Moratorium On Any Confirmation Of Federal Judges'

While appearing on NewsmaxTV today, Richard Land echoed Phyllis Schlafly's call for Republicans, now that they have gained control of the Senate, to refuse to confirm even one more judge nominated by President Obama for the remainder of his term in office.

Land said that Senate Republicans need to simply inform Obama that there is now "a two year moratorium on any confirmation of federal judges."

"The American people have lost confidence in your leadership as president," Land recommend that the GOP tell Obama, "and we're going to not confirm any judicial nominations in the Senate until after the American people have had an opportunity to elect a new president":
