Right-wing social media personality, “Pizzagate” truther and self-appointed “New Right” figurehead Mike Cernovich reacted last night to the news that a San Francisco jury had acquitted Jose Ines Garcia Zarate, an undocumented immigrant from Mexico, in the 2015 murder of Kate Steinle by linking the verdict to Robert Mueller’s investigation of the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia. Cernovich’s logic, it seems, was that the Steinle verdict discredited all juries and therefore Mueller’s grand jury investigation should be disbanded.
Cernovich began his reaction to the Steinle verdict by declaring that Zarate’s aqcuittal was the endorsement of murder and “what ‘The Resistance’ is about”:
San Francisco endorsed murder today, this is a step too far. This is what "The Resistance" is about. True evil has been exposed today, the real goal of Democrats is now in our faces. #KateSteinle

If Hillary Clinton were in office, we'd all be in danger. The #KateSteinle verdict is an endorsement of murder. There is no way to spin this, there is no defense, today the mask came off.

He then settled on the message that the verdict in San Francisco discredits the Mueller investigation:
The #KateSteinle verdict signals what Team Mueller (his D.C. grand jury no different from SF jury) is up to. They are trying to take political prisoners of war, they are trying to destroy @GenFlynn.

It's time to end this farce know as Team Mueller's Murder Squad. His grand jury is no different than the jury that cleared the heartless killer of #KateSteinle.

Mueller's Grand Jury is every bit as lawless and vindictive as #KateSteinle jury. It is time for @realDonaldTrump to fire Mueller, these are lives he's ruining, savings he's draining, potential deaths he's causing.

After the #KateSteinle verdict, will you be able trust the Mueller investigation, considering his Grand Jury is politically identical to the Jury in the Steinle case?

This morning, ABC reported that former national security adviser Michael Flynn is prepared to testify that he received instructions directly from Trump to contact Russian officials.
Predictably, after this morning’s news, Cernovich floated the idea that Mueller was framing Trump:
Do you believer Team Mueller would frame a political opponent for a crime?
