On Sunday, Hillary Clinton stumbled after leaving a 9/11 memorial service and her campaign later announced that she had been diagnosed with pneumonia days earlier.
Her conservative critics, of course, reacted with the grace and respect that we expected.

Savage said that perhaps “the burden of lies and hatred” finally caught up to Clinton and “the toxins of her vile opinion of most decent Americans overloaded her.”
