Today on “Breitbart News Daily,” Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, spoke about President Trumps’ first 100 days in office, praising the president’s plan to dramatically cut the corporate tax rate and predicting that “he is going to be amazing” on foreign policy.
Citing the Laffer curve, Gohmert predicted that Trump’s tax plan will lead to a huge increase in revenues—despite the fact that the Reagan and Bush tax cuts contributed to the deficit.
The Texas Republican then declared that Trump “has the chance to be one of our nation’s best presidents when it comes to foreign policy because he’s being portrayed as being a little bit crazy—those are the people that always do the best on foreign policy.”
