Anti-Islam activist John Guandolo, who runs the organization Understanding The Threat, said on a Virginia radio program yesterday that the U.S. has an advantage over Europe in repelling a supposed Muslim invasion because “we’re armed, unlike Europeans, so if it comes to a fight, Americans can do that.”
Guandolo told radio host Rob Schilling that “one of the biggest things” his group confronts is “Christian pastors who are defending Islam” and who “claim that they are being nice and being loving.”
“If you love your children, you will not always do what they like and what they want. For instance, if you truly love Muslims and you actually want to do what’s best for them, wouldn’t you want to get them out of a barbaric and evil system that enslaves them and is abusive to mankind? I would think you would,” Guandolo said. "But there are people who think that Islam is whatever it is they think it is. But it’s not. One hundred percent of Islamic law mandates Muslims to war against non-Muslims and requires Sharia to be the law of the land and using all means available including violence and physical warfare, and that’s what we’re seeing across the globe.”
“In the United States,” he continued, “we have advantages they don’t have in Europe. We’re physically bigger than countries in Europe…We’re armed, unlike Europeans, so if it comes to a fight, Americans can do that. However, in this war they don’t intend to win on the violent front so it’s important that we understand how they intend to win and how they intend to fight strategically, and that’s what we’re teaching at the local and state level to law enforcement, citizens and civic leaders and nobody else is doing that.”
