Gordon Klingenschmitt, the anti-gay exorcist and preacher who is the Republican nominee for a seat in Colorado’s state legislature, released a book before the 2012 election called “The Demons of Barack H. Obama.”
In the book, Klingenschmitt cites fifty events compiled by right-wing pseudo-historian David Barton which apparently reveal President Obama’s demonic spirits. (Ironically, the “demonic spirits of historical revisionism” are among his many demons.)
According to Klingenschmitt, Obama is ruled by the “demonic sprits” of “death,” “murder,” “child-murder,” “sexual abuse,” “genocide,” “paganism,” “witchcraft,” “homosexual lust” and “anti-Christian oppression”… to name just a few.
Klingenschmitt’s book is set up as a dialogue between a fictional President Obama and two types of spirits, one a demon (which provides “desolation”), and the other the Holy Spirit (which provides “consolation”). It includes colorful (and of course entirely made up) quotes of the various demons supposedly speaking through the president and Hillary Clinton.
In one passage concerning Clinton’s UN speech on LGBT rights, Klingenschmitt claims that Obama and Clinton are both ruled by demons and as a result are worthy of death.
December 2011 – The Obama administration denigrates other countries’ religious beliefs as an obstacle to radical homosexual rights.
Desolation: Demonic spirits of denigration of religious values that oppose homosexual conduct as sin (outside, whispering): “Barack, in your conversation with Hillary Clinton, ensure that you and she directly make speeches which oppose religious values as abnormal, and promote homosexual sin as normal. Then more of your followers will sin, and less will be holy.”
Consolation: Holy Spirit of purity and respect for religious teaching (outside, whispering): “Barack, I want people to be holy and pure with their lives, and that means consecrating their sexuality to God, with self-control and faithfulness to marriage. Encourage Hillary to respect peoples’ religious values, and encourage sexual purity which betters society for children.”
Manifestation: Demonic spirits of denigration (acting through Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton): “We oppose religious values that encourage the freedom enjoyed in sexual purity, because we find sexual purity too oppressive. Instead we promote the demonic oppression caused by homosexual immorality, because we find sin to be liberating, and religion to be despised.”

Mr. Obama and Mrs. Clinton are ruled, in this instance, by demons of sexual immorality, mockery of religion, and open rebellion against the love that God provides in sexual faithfulness.
