Minnesota activist and Michele Bachmann pal Bradlee Dean reacted on his radio show Saturday to the incident in Houston in which a group of Religious Right activists sued the city over an LGBT-inclusive nondiscrimination ordinance and a number of pastors who had helped collect signatures to repeal the bill received subpoenas.
Dean declared that the Houston hubbub was “a prime example” of his claim that “the homosexual agenda is there to upend your sovereignty.”
He argued that Houston Mayor Annise Parker, who is a lesbian, backed the nondiscrimination law in order “to attack the church that was calling her out for her crimes against nature.”
Later in the program, he contended that openly gay elected officials and executive branch appointees are destroying the country: “God didn’t give us a right to institute, friends, a bunch of homosexuals into federal government in this country.”
He also argued for impeaching Obama’s “criminal administration,” which he said is “attempting to implement Sharia law.”
