Linda Harvey, who dedicates nearly every single one of her radio bulletins to attacking gay people and gay rights, now says that she is sick and tired of hearing about gay rights.
Last Friday, Harvey marked the Day of Silence by charging that “enough is enough” and she can’t stand hearing about homosexuality.
She called out the media for allegedly dedicating too much time to coverage of gay rights issues: “The mainstream media breathlessly covers homosexual so-called rights as an issue way out of proportion to its relative importance. When the Supreme Court struck down portions of state and national marriage laws last summer, you’d think the first person had landed on Mars.”
Oddly, she ended her radio bulletin by urging her members to “save a life” by speaking more frequently and publicly about their opposition to homosexuality.
Enough is enough. Have you noticed that the promotion of homosexuality seems to be almost everywhere you look these days? From movies and TV shows to commercials, mass-market paperback novels and even children’s media. As you’ve heard me say many times, the topic of sexual deviance has sadly permeated the climate of our public schools. The message children hear is one that endorses these lifestyles. Today is the public school Day of Silence and I am hoping you have decided to keep your children home on a day when they are likely to hear, even in the silence, a very deceptive message, one that endorses homosexuality and gender confusion by using the excuse of preventing bullying. Bullying can be prevented without endorsing homosexuality or implying that Christian faith causes bulling, but try telling that to the activists.
But again this propaganda is now coming at us from all directions. The mainstream media breathlessly covers homosexual so-called rights as an issue way out of proportion to its relative importance. When the Supreme Court struck down portions of state and national marriage laws last summer, you’d think the first person had landed on Mars. Meanwhile, much more important issues like human trafficking, child abuse or the daily slaughter of unborn babies in this country get little attention.

The only thing that will overcome this darkness is for parents to stand up, even if it’s uncomfortable. It’s not hateful to do so and your willingness to draw the line in the sand and say no to homosexual propaganda may be the action that saves a life. On the Day of Silence, I am asking you as parents and grandparents to remain silent no longer.
