  • Finally, David Barton thinks(link is external) that President Donald Trump "is getting a lot of stuff done because he has a Congress helping him." If by "helping him," Barton means Republicans in Congress have abjectly abandoned their constitutional duties and obligations to provide checks and balances, then he is absolutely right.
